As far as taurine goes, this stuff is great, effective and perfect for use with other jarrow supps. I personally mix taurine with L-Arginine, L-Carnitine, and Niacin and it gives me insane pumps at the gym. A lot less risky than they stuff they put in most pre workout formulas, and it's cheaper.
Arrived before the date...used these before and will carry on using them....
1-2 caps at night improves sleep and anxiety. Product is fairly strong, I only get good results taking it at night because it makes me so sleepy. I've tried it during the day but felt like I was underwater all the time.Jarrow has exceptional quality standards.

Adding this to one of my Labrador's food due to suspicions of diet-related cardiomyopathy. Loud panting that he had for the past several years, even at rest, vanished after 48 hours. Condition seems to be on the rise in certain breeds and may be linked to non-grain based (but otherwise good quality) food. The good news is that Taurine-deficient canine heart disease appears rapidly reversible. No apparent risk to high supplement doses but check with your vet.
